Because these are vintage items, sometimes 30 to 40 years old, we cannot guarantee how long an item will last. A bag may serve you for many more years, but sometimes a vintage piece can be more delicate and may require earlier maintenance. What we always guarantee

• Authenticity — we sell only authentic designer pieces. Every item undergoes an authentication process so we can always guarantee originality.
• Honest information — we describe each item as carefully as possible, including visible signs of use and imperfections. We don't want you to be surprised at home; please feel free to ask questions beforehand via support@getyourdesignerbag.com.

What is not covered by warranty

• Normal wear and tear consistent with the age and nature of the item.
• Damage occurring after delivery and use.
• Damage resulting from the use of care or maintenance products, including ones purchased from us — always test a new product on a small, inconspicuous area first, and check it's suitable for the specific material before use.
