At Get Your Designer Bag, we believe the beauty of vintage items lies in their story and the life each piece has lived. Our bags and accessories are preloved or vintage: unique, carefully curated, and always with a past.
Because these are vintage items, sometimes 30 to 40 years old, we cannot guarantee how long an item will last. A bag may serve you for many more years, but sometimes a vintage piece can be more delicate and may require earlier maintenance. This is part of the character of vintage designer bags, and something important to keep in mind before purchasing vintage.
WHAT WE ALWAYS GUARANTEE
Authenticity: we sell only authentic designer pieces. Every item undergoes an authentication process so we can always guarantee originality.
Honest information: we describe each item as carefully as possible, including visible signs of use and imperfections. We don’t want you to be surprised at home; please feel free to ask questions beforehand via support@getyourdesignerbag.com.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
- Normal wear and tear consistent with the age and nature of the item.
- Damage after delivery and use.
