If you’ve fallen in love with a pre-loved designer bag from our collection but need a little more time to decide (or wait for the right moment), our Reservation Service is here for you.

• Starting 48 hours after the bag has been published, you can reserve it with a 20% deposit, and we’ll hold it exclusively for you. That way, you can relax knowing your dream bag won’t be snatched up by someone else!
• Once your deposit is received, your reservation is confirmed, and you’ll have 60 days to complete the payment.
• Changed your mind? No problem, you’ll receive a store credit equal to your deposit, valid for two years, which you can use toward any other bag in our collection.
