At Get Your Designer Bag, we strive to provide the most detailed descriptions of our items. We are happy to offer additional information upon request via WhatsApp. Please note that Get Your Designer Bag specializes in authentic preloved designer items, which can range from “Like new” to “Worn with love.” The condition guide is as follows:
- Like new: The item is in a fantastic condition! New with or without tags.
- Excellent: The item is lightly used with almost no noticeable flaws.
- Very good: The item shows some user signs but is still in a very good condition.
- Good: The item shows flaws or signs of use shown on the pictures.
- Worn with love: Obvious flaws and signs of use. Restoration is recommended.

Items may have signs of previous use. This can range from tiny scratches on the hardware to small stains or dents. Holes, scratches, or other noticeable signs indicating that an item is heavily worn are considered damages. We kindly refer you to the product description of the respective item, where the condition is described as accurately as possible.
Absolutely. Individual photos are taken of each item and added to the product page. If you require specific photos that are not available online, you are welcome to contact us via our contact form or through Instagram.
All our bags have a story, but there’s a small difference between preloved and vintage. A preloved item has been owned and loved before, but comes from a more recent collection. A vintage piece is at least 15-20 years old and in many cases, these models are no longer being made.
Each bag is unique, and the available accessories — such as an original box or receipt — are always mentioned in the product description. Every order placed at Get Your Designer Bag is beautifully packaged and comes with our Certificate of Authenticity and a GYDB dustbag to keep your bag safe.
Our office is exclusively for internal use and designated for our team to work. Please note that we do not schedule appointments or receive customers at our office.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Please note that shipping may take up to 2 days as our items are sent from a safe deposit box to your place. The number of days it takes for our couriers to deliver your order is beyond our control. After each order, the Track & Trace code is shared so that you can get an estimated date and time of when your package will be delivered.
Yes, we do!
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and charged to the customer during checkout. All items are shipped with full insurance. The customer is also responsible for other additional costs, such as customs fees.
If your package seems delayed or hasn’t arrived, please contact us right away at support@getyourdesignerbag.com.
We work closely with our trusted shipping partner, and in nearly all cases, every parcel finds its way back safely. We personally monitor every shipment closely until it arrives safely at your door.
Yes, we love that! You can add a short note at checkout if your order is a gift. We’ll make sure the unboxing experience feels even more special for the person receiving it.
RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
We’re a small team, and we put a lot of love and care into every item we source, photograph and ship. Of course, it can happen that you change your mind after placing an order, we completely understand. We’d just love to ask you to take a moment before purchasing to make sure the piece truly feels right for you. Returns take quite a bit of time, have an impact on our small team and, of course, on the planet.

There is no warranty on our items. All of our pieces are preloved or vintage, sometimes 30 to 40 years old. We document all signs of use and imperfections in the product photos so that you won’t be faced with surprises at home. We specialize in vintage items with a previous life, so please keep this in mind before placing an order.
